To cater the Portland Center Stage Gala is a true honor, as it is one of the most hotly contested contracts in the Portland social calendar. (It is also one of the most logistically challenging events a caterer will ever do, serving 350 guests on 2 different floors in the theater lobby from a makeshift kitchen backstage!) Devil’s Food has had the prestigious pleasure of catering this exclusive party 2 of the last 4 years. Always in early May, it is a welcome opportunity to showcase spring ingredients at their finest.
